The new season event has already started on 31st August 2023. Named Epic Myths, your task is to complete 21 sticker collections, each one with 9 stickers in them for a total of 189 stickers to complete the new album.
Complete all collections to complete your Epic Myths album and bag the massive reward of 15K, 9.47Bn and a Thor's Hammer token at the end of it.
How to Play Epic Myths
As with other season events, you'll need to collect stickers. We have a great guide which goes over all of the ways to get stickers in Monopoly GO! We've also summarized without details the main points below.
The Best Ways to Get Stickers
- Daily Quick Wins
Check the 'Wins' tab at the bottom of your game screen. Complete these throughout the week for the chance of sticker packs. Complete enough of them to bag the weekly prize which is sometimes a sticker pack too. You'll know what it is by the icon at the end of the weekly prize bar.
- Daily Treats
Log in daily for your daily treat. These are mostly dice and and money prizes, but you may find sticker packs in there from time to time. The dice you get awarded will help you towards more sticker pack prizes anyway as you play through the game
- High placed tournament finish
With the Epic Myths season comes new sticker packs and new opportunities to get sticker packs from tournament finishes. Now more places get sticker packs, but the prizes such as the new blue/gold pack and the purple packs are reserved for the very top places.
Place well in tournaments for the best sticker packs
- Milestones in events and tournaments
You'll get loads of sticker packs or all types as you work your way through event milestones. Get through enough in any one event or tournament to get the better packs with the rarer cards.
- Exchange for a vault in game
Tap the Album icon, then the small vault icon to get to the page where you can exchange stars for rewards. The best vault by far is the most expensive one, and the one you should really be aiming for if you intend to swap your stars. Stars are basically representations of your duplicate stickers. The more dupes you have, the more star's you'll have.
- Swap with other players
There are loads of places to swap stickers with other players. While we can't guarantee that you won't get scammed by another player, you probably have the best chance of a successful deal via the official Discord or Facebook channel for the game. Look out for scammers that have been named and shamed there too before you trade.
- Spin Color Set Wheel
Complete a set on the board for a spin of the wheel. There are a few chances to win sticker packs there too.
So basically you'll need to be grinding through the game from day 1 in order to play events, complete sets, complete quick wins, log in for daily gifts etc...
The main problem with completing the album is that some stickers are really hard to get, while you can exchange with other players most stickers, even some 4 or 5 star stickers, you cannot trade or exchange gold stickers, you have to get them yourself in the game. Your best chance to get these rare gold stickers is via the new mixed gold sticker packs, and the purple packs, but you can still get them in blue and green packs to, just the chances are much less.
New Stickers!
Getting gold stars have become much easier this season with the release of new packs. Look out for any packs with a gold top, that will indicate the presence of at least one gold card inside the pack, the number of stars on the pack will indicate the star level of the gold star.
Swapping Stickers
It's also possible to exchange stickers with other players. Most people are generally honest, but there are some that don't complete the swap and just run off with your stickers, so watch out and use some caution.
The best place to swap stickers with other players is the official Facebook group of the game. There is no in-game swapping system, so it's based on trust.
Apart from there, look at Discord and Reddit groups around Monopoly GO! for other trading options.
However watch out because we've heard some bad stories of people getting scammed when giving their stickers to another player, sometimes that other player does not give a sticker back in return.

Duplicate Stickers
If you are doing a lot of sticker collecting, then you will soon get a large pile of duplicates. If swapping with other players is not an option for you then you can always exchange these duplicates in the game itself to get stars.
These stars can then be used to open sticker safes which can be loaded with some pretty decent stickers, especially if you go for the more expensive safes. This season the price of the best vault gone up to 2500 stars but also the rewards inside should be better.
Trade in your stickers for the vault of your choice
Not only will you get stickers, but you'll also get some free dice too.
Joining Discord Servers
Discord servers offer another avenue to interact with other players and to swap stickers with. While we cannot recommend a particular Discord server as new ones seem to be popping up all the time. The office Discord of the game is a good place to start.

What rewards will I get for Completing Epic Myths
Season album rewards are the biggest in the game, so if you manage to complete the whole Epic Myths album you can expect thousands of dice and a ton of ion-game money. But that is not the only goal. Each time you complete a collection within an album, you also get a decent sized reward too. If you manage to complete the Epic Myths album you'll get 15,000 dice, 9.37Bn and the Thor's Hammer token.
The collection rewards can really give you a mid-season boost to help you rank well in a tournament, or unlock more milestones in tournaments and events. So coinciding the completion of a collection with the participation in an event is really a good idea. Just manage your rolls well. There are a couple of big differences with this season's collections:
- The rewards are much smaller
The rewards for completing each sticker collection is significantly lower in terms of the number of dice you will win. A lot of the player community has complained about this, because it is still really hard to complete the packs.
- There are more gold cards to collect
There is now a gold sticker to collect in every one of the sticker collections, meaning to complete the album you'll need to collect 21 unique gold stickers. Remember that currently, these cannot be traded with other players
What are the gold stickers and how to get them
As mentioned above, there are 21 gold stickers of varying rarities to collect this season. While the lower star ones shouldn't be too hard to come by during the course of a season, the higher star ones are only obtainable in very hard to get packs so may be unreachable for some players.

Gold stickers are only obtainable by getting gold sticker packs or the galaxy sticker pack. The gold sticker packs are usually found in the later milestones in events, and also for placing high in tournaments.
