Go to the first city gate, she will eventually show up. I don’t remember the exact interaction you need to do with her, but you need to let her through.
Something will happen, and in the aftermath, she might spend the night with you.
Go back again to the first stage, I don’t remember if you need to meet her through the checkpoint before, but eventually, you’ll have the option to talk to her before starting your shift.
She will set a date.
Wait for your next day off to go on the date.

Keep in mind that some dates and encounters require to finish the story before unlocking them.
