Chapter 2 - Back Door Puzzle

This is a guide to solving the door puzzle to open the back door of the house and get inside. This is during Chapter 2 of New York Mysteries 5: Power of Art. The front door of the house is locked and no one it answering but at the back is another door with a puzzle to solve to open it.

Before reaching the puzzle you will need to find 4 number buttons hidden outside, if you have not found all of these yet then check the guide for Chapter 2 for their locations. Now view the back door and the puzzle on it. Add the 4 numbers to start.

Back Door Puzzle

• This puzzle is about directing a light beam.
• The beam will always start from the 'Start' button at the top.
• Choose a path by tapping any of the number buttons around the Start. And from then by tapping any button next to the last one the beam has arrived at.
• The beam will pass along in the direction you move and through the number of buttons that the button you tap shows. I.e. if you tap a number 2 to the left of the last position, then the beam will move 2 spaces to the left.

Once done the door unlocks and you can open it to go inside. Enter to meet Grandpa Eugene and continue with the story.
